UnitedLex Names Technology Veteran, James Schellhase, As CEO
UnitedLex, a leading data and professional services firm specialized in litigation, intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and legal operations announced the appointment of James Schellhase as CEO, the company's second CEO since its inception in 2006. Dan Reed, the company's founder and current CEO, will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors, following Rodney Rogers. This new leadership adds to the company's already industry-leading approach to legal modernization and will expedite the company's capacity to deliver proven benefit to its global clients.

Schellhase is a seasoned technology executive and operational leader with a proven track record of bringing to market data solutions that assist clients in mitigating risk, increasing efficiency, and increasing profitability. He joins UnitedLex from Breakwater Solutions, where he was also CEO. He formerly served as the Executive Chairman of McCarthyFinch and the CEO of DiscoverReady, following a decade in different top positions at IBM.
