Troy Barnes Joins Chubb Singapore to Lead Digital Transformation in Asia Pacific
Digital transformation expert Troy Barnes recently shared on LinkedIn that he has joined Chubb, a Singapore-based insurance company, to spearhead its digital business transformation across the Asia Pacific region.
A senior transformation executive with a proven track record of leading high-stakes organizational transformations and transformative experiences for customers, Troy has been at the forefront of change and innovation.
His career is distinguished by a combination of regional and in-country roles in several mature and emerging markets, combined with a series of successful digital transformations across industries, demonstrating a unique blend of strategic foresight, technological acumen, leadership, and outcomes-focused delivery.
Before this, Troy was working at FWD Insurance where he joined as Group Chief Transformation Officer in 2020 and then became the Chief Officer at Omne by FWD most recently.
Before that, he also served as Chief Digital Experience Officer for APAC at Pizza Hut in Singapore for two-and-a-half years. For five years before that, Troy also held a long stint at the AIA Group and eventually became the Chief CX Officer for AIA Malaysia.
Troy's longest career tenure was with Australian banking giant ING, where he served as a pioneer in digital business transformation for nearly nine years, overseeing both the APJ and Australian markets.
