Tin Pei Ling Named Co-President at MetaComp for Asia Pacific Expansion

MetaComp, the foremost provider of digital payment token services in Singapore, has announced the appointment of Tin Pei Ling as its Co-President. Starting June 24, Tin will be responsible for enhancing strategic partnerships and corporate development efforts at MetaComp. Her role aims to accelerate momentum and reinforce MetaComp's leadership in integrating traditional and crypto finance sectors.

MetaComp, authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) through MVGX Holdings (MVGXH), is a prominent payment institution specializing in digital payment token services and cross-border money transfers. MVGX Tech offers comprehensive Carbon SaaS solutions with a distinctive scope 3 and advanced carbon emission factor database. Metaverse Green Exchange (MVGX) focuses on securities and tokens supported by progressively digital and environmentally friendly asset categories.

He explains that Tin’s experience and expertise in strategic development is valued as an asset to the company’s leadership team. 

“Her vision and drive perfectly align with our aspirations at MetaComp, and I am confident she will significantly contribute to our continued success", adds Bai. Before joining MetaComp, Tin Pei Ling served as the director of public affairs and policy at Grab, a ride-hailing and delivery company, starting in January 2023. She concluded her tenure there in August of the same year.

Tin has also held several key corporate positions, including managing director for strategic partnership & business development at DCS Card Centre, and chief executive officer of Business China. “I am delighted to accept the opportunity to join MetaComp, given it being a part of the MVGXH conglomerate, a licensed fintech group specialising in green and digital assets”, says Tin. 

“I look forward to doing my part in supporting sustainable finance by driving growth through partnerships and bridging traditional finance with digital assets alongside my fellow co-president, Mr. Eddie Hui”, she adds. Tin starts her new role working with Eddie Hui, who oversees MetaComp's business strategy and drives service excellence.
