StephStephenson Harwood has bolstered its Asia-Pacific corporate practice with the appointment of Amy Yu as a Partner in Hong Kong. With an extensive background in equity capital markets (ECM) and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Yu's addition aims to fortify the firm's presence in the region.
