IQ-EQ, a prominent investor services group, has appointed Sridhar Nagarajan as the Managing Director of Singapore and Regional CEO of Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This appointment also entails Sridhar joining the IQ-EQ Group Management Team (GMT). With over three decades of direct industry experience, Sridhar is perfectly positioned to assume this strategically significant role. Having been part of IQ-EQ's senior leadership team since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in the success of the company's Africa, India, and Middle-East (AIME) region, where he previously served as Regional Managing Director.
Before joining IQ-EQ, Sridhar Nagarajan had a prosperous tenure with an international bank, where he spearheaded a crucial merger and turnaround of two state-owned banks in 2015, culminating in the establishment of a new financial entity. His career has been marked by a commitment to cultivating high-performing and diverse teams and advocating for diversity and inclusion. Recognized for his people-centric ethos, strategic acumen, and professional proficiency, Sridhar is renowned within the industry.
