IHG Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the appointment of Soha Zahar as the General Manager of Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality management across the Middle East and Africa, Soha takes on this role with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, building community partnerships, and promoting sustainable practices.
Soha brings over two decades of experience with IHG Hotels & Resorts, having held key leadership roles across several prominent properties. She began her career at InterContinental Le Vendome Beirut and InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut in reservations and revenue management, later advancing to Area Director of Revenue for Lebanon. She then served as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for multiple properties in Jordan and as Revenue Performance Director for a portfolio of 50 hotels across the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, she successfully led the opening of Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail as General Manager. Now at the helm of Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, Soha aims to enhance guest experiences while bringing a unique local touch to the hotel's offerings.
Dedicated to operational excellence, Soha aims to enhance service offerings, create new leisure and dining experiences, and build partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions. Fluent in Arabic, French, and Italian, she brings a multicultural leadership style that helps her connect with guests and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Her commitment to team empowerment, sustainability, and innovative thinking will lead Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park into a promising new phase of growth, establishing it as a trusted destination for both business and leisure travelers.
