SleekFlow Secures US$7M in Series A+ Funding Led by Atinum Investment

SleekSleekFlow, a Singapore-based leader in omnichannel conversational AI solutions for customer engagement, has raised US$7 million in a Series A+ funding round led by South Korea’s Atinum Investment. This latest investment brings the company’s total funding to US$15 million and marks a significant step toward accelerating its global expansion and advancing its AI technology. The round also saw participation from existing investors, including AEF Greater Bay Area Fund, managed by Gobi Partners GBA, Transcend Capital Partners, and new investor Moses Tsang, former General Partner at Goldman Sachs Group and Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC.

The new funding will fuel SleekFlow’s expansion into key markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Additionally, the company plans to invest in AI-driven innovations, focusing on analytics, marketing workflow automation, and enhancing its service offerings across multiple communication channels, such as calls and emails. These initiatives aim to strengthen SleekFlow’s ability to meet the growing demand for seamless customer engagement solutions across a wide range of industries.

SleekFlow Founder and CEO Henson Tsai highlighted the company’s ambitious goals following the appointment of Chief Technology Officer Gao Lei, a Silicon Valley veteran. "With increased engineering efforts, we aim to lead in innovative tech and advanced AI. We are working on fully automated sales and support journeys across voice, calls, and emails, delivering unmatched value to our customers in industries such as insurance, healthcare, telecom, service, and retail", said Tsai.

SleekFlow is a Meta Verified Partner and a WhatsApp BSP Select Tier provider, serving a diverse client base that includes global brands like Delonghi, Hilton Dubai, L’Occitane, Shangri-La, Hong Kong Broadband Network, Cellini, TOTO, 7-Eleven, Kimberly Clark, and Audi.

Peter Na, Regional Head of Atinum Investment’s Singapore office, emphasized SleekFlow’s strategic positioning in the rapidly expanding customer engagement market.
