Shell India Names Mansi Madan Tripathy As New Country Chair

Mansi Madan Tripathy has been named the next country chair of the business by Shell India, effective as of October 1, 2023. According to the corporation, Tripathy will succeed Nitin Prasad, who has served as the country chair since 2016.

"As Country Chair of Shell India, Mansi will oversee the Shell Group of companies in India, in addition to her role as Vice President, of Shell Lubricants for Asia Pacific. Mansi will relocate from Singapore to New Delhi, her home city, to take up the role," it said.

Tripaty holds an MBA in Marketing from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. She previously held the positions of country marketing officer and managing director of Shell Lubricants India. Prior to this, she served as vice president of Shell Lubricants Asia Pacific. She left Procter & Gamble in 2012 after holding a number of regional and international Director-level positions there.
