SG Web3 payments firm nets $2.7m in funding

Suberra, a firm that develops payment infrastructure for Web3, has raised US$2.7 million in funding over two rounds.

Investors that participated in the funding rounds include Spartan Capital, Delphi Digital, Hashed, Newman Capital, DeFiance Capital, Arcane Group, and TsingTech Ventures.

Headquartered in Singapore, Suberra was founded in September 2021 by Edison Lim and Zac L.

It’s currently developing a payment platform for businesses that will enable them to accept automated recurring subscriptions, one-time crypto payments, and credit card payments. The platform can also be integrated into customers’ existing apps.

The new capital will be used to support the development and launch of the payment platform. Suberra also aims to launch its subscription product by the fourth quarter of this year.
