Seth Schuknecht assumes key roles at Cavco Industries, Inc.

EffectiveCavco Industries, Inc. is delighted to announce Seth Schuknecht as the company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Schuknecht brings extensive expertise in securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and complex commercial transactions. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Hagerty, Inc., a publicly traded global specialty vehicle insurance company. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, Mr. Schuknecht served as Corporate Counsel for securities, corporate governance, and M&A at online automotive retailer Carvana. Earlier in his career, he practiced law at international law firms Squire Patton Boggs LLP and DLA Piper LLP. Before entering law school, he served as an officer and Naval Aviator in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2009.
