As a seasoned professional with over a decade at Ruder Finn Asia, Brian Witte has been instrumental in organizing advice to a variety of pages areal Account providers, providing strategic advice to clients like Visa, Infor, 3M, DBS, BASF, Backbase, and Pan Pacific Hotels Group in the position of General Manager of Ruder Finn Singapore. Witte's new role comes in as his role to drive collaboration with clients across borders: Witte is on the lookout for new regionally available businesses for the company.

Pamela Phua is set to bring 20 years of staggering experience in branding, integrated marketing, reputation management, and strategic communications onboard as General Manager of Ruder Finn Singapore.  She joins Ruder Finn Asia from Ogilvy, the largest agency in the market, where she was Head of New Business, Asia, PR & Influence. At Ogilvy, she built a strong track record of client advisory and business development. She has led high-stakes reputation management projects, tackled complex crises, and ensured the safeguarding of corporate reputations across the globe. With strong, diverse experience under her belt in consultancy and in-house, she is well-poised to lead Ruder Finn Singapore to new heights.

Both Witte and Phua are directly reporting to Elan Shou, Managing Director at Ruder Finn Asia-Pacific.
