Richard Bagnall Joins Milk & Honey PR as Group Non-Executive Director

MilkMilk & Honey PR announced a further significant investment in its senior team, appointing Richard Bagnall as Group NED. As a seasoned media intelligence and communications evaluation expert with a raft of diverse experience to his name, he brings a wealth of experience to further beef up advisory services at this international communications agency across its operations in Singapore, the UK, the US, and Germany.

Previously, as Chair of the AMEC Board and Co-CEO of CARMA, Bagnall has had a well-rounded career in leadership roles within the field of media analytics and strategic advisory. Among other apparent specialties he brings to the role, he advises leading global brands on best practice in data analytics and scaling operations worldwide.

At Milk & Honey PR, Bagnall will press ahead with evaluation and the practice of data analytics. His appointment is one of many recent developments at the agency, such as the launch of new technology and AI division, NU, led by Sanjiv Winayak, and the imPACT sustainability division led by Kirsty Howe.

According to Founder and Group CEO Kirsty Leighton, Bagnall presented a strategic fit: "Richard brings the perfect blend of agency leadership, data analytics, and measurement expertise, coupled with a passion for client service excellence. His role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our purpose and sustainability offering and demonstrating return on investment".

In his new role, Bagnall will report directly to Kirsty Leighton and become a board advisor alongside Claire Lematta, driving forward strategic initiatives and operational improvements at Milk & Honey PR.

Events were capped off with the keynote speech from Bagnall, a PRCA Fellow and veteran public relations practitioner. In it, he reflected that integrity in storytelling has to become stronger when challenges and opportunities to ESG communications evolve daily. His appointment further underlines Milk & Honey PR's serious commitment to innovation and excellence in global communications strategies.
