Randstad appoints new leaders for APAC, NA and technologies

New leaders for the Asia Pacific and North America areas, as well as for Randstad Technologies, have been introduced by international HR services company Randstad. 

Traci Fiatte has been made CEO of Randstad North America, Kajetan Slonina has been chosen CEO of Randstad Asia Pacific, and Venu Lambu will take over as CEO of Randstad Technologies.

Randstad Technologies is a newly established international company that aims to integrate Randstad's current technology offerings globally, including Randstad Technologies NA and AUSY, in the first instance. Additionally, it will concentrate on creating offshore and nearshore delivery hubs to draw in and offer specialised technological talent, solutions, and experience to clients globally.

China, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and New Zealand will fall under Slonina's purview. He began working for Randstad in 2008 and has since managed the company's operations in China and Asia as well as Poland and Eastern Europe. 

Slonina established and ran prosperous music publishing and staffing businesses before joining Randstad. A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Kajetan.

For the USA and Canada, Fiatte will be in charge. She began working for Randstad in 1996 after Vedior was acquired, and she has held a number of executive positions, including managing the company's professional and commercial staffing division in North America (US). Fiatte, who holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, is currently the executive sponsor of the pride business resource group at Randstad.

Lambu has almost 30 years of expertise, most recently serving as president and executive director of LTIMindtree, a leading provider of digital solutions and technology consultancy.

He received his General Management Certification from the LBS in addition to his Bachelor's degree from the University of Mysore in India. He serves as the chairman of consumer advisory groups in North America and Europe and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
