Prudential Singapore starts off partnership with ONE

The martial arts competition ONE Championship, which is based in Singapore, has partnered with Prudential Singapore as a sponsor.

In addition to in-person VIP experiences, ONE claims that the relationship with Prudential will provide ONE Championship fans exclusive giveaways via social media and digital channels.

The official brand activation for the relationship, which just got going last month, will debut in the days leading up to the ONE Fight Night event on March 25 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to team up with Prudential, a leading insurance provider with a rich history of more than 90 years serving the financial and protection needs of Singaporeans,” said Claire Ng, vice president and global head of partnerships at ONE Championship. “We’re excited to kick off this partnership and provide our fans with exclusive experiences across the ONE ecosystem that will surprise and delight them.” 

Since 1848, when Prudence's likeness served as the corporate seal, she has served as the corporation's public face.

One of the four cardinal virtues, along with justice, fortitude, and temperance, is prudent judgement. Prudence has been personified as a lady holding a serpent and a mirror since the Greek and Roman eras. Combining memory, intelligence, and foresight—thereby demonstrating awareness of the past, present, and future—was regarded as a sensible deed.

Sir Joshua Reynolds' picture of Prudence served as the inspiration for the design of the Prudential company seal in 1848.

The current company logo, created by Wolff Olins and introduced in 1986, is a considerably more stylized version of Prudence while maintaining adhering to the original concept
