Leo Burnett India Elevates Vikram Pandey and Sachin Kamble to Chief Creative Officers

LeoLeo Burnett India, a key part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced significant changes to its senior creative leadership with the promotion of Vikram Pandey and Sachin Kamble from national creative directors to chief creative officers (CCO) for Leo Burnett, South Asia. Both Pandey and Kamble will continue reporting to Rajdeepak Das, chief creative officer for Publicis Groupe South Asia and chairman of Leo Burnett South Asia.

The duo's promotion reflects their pivotal role in Leo Burnett India’s journey of success, marked by numerous accolades at national and international platforms for their exceptional creative work. As the new CCOs, Pandey and Kamble will oversee the creative development of the agency across its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, aiming to further enhance its creative output and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Rajdeepak Das highlighted the importance of the promotion: “This is a significant moment for Leo Burnett. Vikram Pandey has been with Leo Burnett for 16 years, starting as a junior copywriter and progressing to lead projects that redefine categories. His work includes launching Spotify in India, transforming Acko into a new-age insurance brand, and leading one of Leo Burnett’s most awarded campaigns, Airtel’s 175 Replayed.

Sachin Kamble has been with Leo Burnett for almost a decade, playing a vital role in the agency’s major campaigns, such as the Bajaj V campaign, which earned Leo Burnett India’s first effectiveness award at Cannes Lions.
