Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) marks a key milestone in its digital transformation with the launch of its cutting-edge Digital Intelligence Operations Center (DIOC). This advanced facility underscores Indosat's dedication to using artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance service for over 100 million customers across Indonesia.

The DIOC, inaugurated by Vikram Sinha of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and Simon Lin of Huawei Asia-Pacific, marks a strategic partnership between the two companies. Serving as the hub of Indosat's network operations, the DIOC will offer real-time insights and proactive service management, merging traditional Network Operations and Service Operations Centers. This innovation sets a new standard for intelligent network and service management, advancing Indonesia's digital future.

It offers comprehensive End-to-End Service Management, improving issue resolution and customer satisfaction. By integrating data analysis and advanced technologies, the DIOC fosters Data-Driven Innovation, enabling Indosat to create new customer-focused products and lead in digital service advancements.

The inauguration also highlights the deepening partnership between Indosat and Huawei. Independent tests show notable year-on-year gains in download speeds 44.1% in rural areas, 43.5% in urban areas, and 43.9% in suburban areas. These enhancements have boosted customer satisfaction and network performance, while population coverage increased by 12.7 million. Indosat and Huawei's collaboration focuses on enhancing network infrastructure, operations, and talent development. By partnering with global organizations like TM Forum, they foster innovation and explore new use cases, ensuring a superior customer experience through advanced network transformation strategies and cutting-edge technologies.
