Indian Synthetic Rubber Names Mayank Holani As CFO

Mayank Holani, a former Schneider executive, has been named as the new CFO of Indian Synthetic Rubber Private Limited, a joint venture promoted by Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Trimurti Holding Corporation BVI (a 100% subsidiary of TSRC Corporation, Taiwan). On his LinkedIn profile, the CFO published the update. 

After being appointed on July 14, Holani took Anil Kumar Singh's post. The company's expansion aspirations are anticipated to be driven by Holani.Holani served as CFO at Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited before joining this joint venture. The finance expert has over twenty years of corporate experience and has previously worked for firms including Cairn India, Chambal Fertilizers, and JK Tyres.

According to the Indian Oil Corporation's annual report for the aforementioned year, Indian Synthetic Rubber's revenues in FY22 were Rs 1,660 crore and its net profit was Rs 237 crore.
 
Indian Synthetic Rubber Limited (ISRL), a Joint Venture of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Trimurti Trading Corporation (now called "Trimurti Holding Corporation"), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TSRC Corporation, Taiwan and Marubeni Corporation, Japan was incorporated on 6th July, 2010 for implementing E-SBR Project at Panipat, Haryana, with a plant capacity of 120 KTA, based on Butadiene feedstock available from Indian Oil's Panipat Naphtha Cracker Complex. The Company will produce E-SBR Grades 1500, 1502, 1712, and 1723.
