InCorp Global, a prominent corporate services provider in the Asia Pacific region, has announced the immediate appointment of Tan Khoon Guan (KG) as the CEO of InCorp Singapore, with Alton Neo stepping in as Deputy CEO. Furthermore, Ng Cheong Seng has been appointed as the CEO of InCorp Malaysia.

InCorp Singapore, one of the top three corporate services providers in the country, employs approximately 300 professionals and caters to a wide range of local and international multinational clients. KG, a Singaporean Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of industry experience, is the founder of Precursor, an acclaimed accountancy and business services firm.

“I am determined to make InCorp SG an attractive platform for business services professionals and a compelling proposition for clients. As a local Singaporean, it is also a privilege to be in the business services sector that seeks to advance Singapore as a global operating and investment center,” KG said.

Alton Neo, a Chartered Accountant and seasoned veteran of InCorp, started his career as a Tax Policy Associate at the Ministry of Finance. He has been promoted to Deputy CEO of InCorp Singapore, where he will work closely with KG. Ng Cheong Seng, a Malaysian Chartered Accountant, will take on the role of CEO at InCorp Malaysia. Before joining InCorp, Cheong Seng worked with a start-up venture and served as CFO for Malaysia’s largest corporate services firm, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leading market player.

“Malaysia’s economy is on the precipice of a new change with an exciting growth market and a compelling option in ASEAN, especially in the service and manufacturing sector,” said Cheong Seng. “I am passionate about the business services sector and intend to use my appointment as CEO of InCorp Malaysia to support the growth of Malaysian enterprises and attract more foreign direct investments to Malaysia”, Cheong Seng added.

Lennard Yong, Chairman of InCorp Global, emphasized the importance of understanding the sector, possessing local market experience, and demonstrating leadership qualities. “KG, Alton, and Cheong Seng are the right leaders for this exciting journey. They have demonstrated the qualities needed for these roles”, said Yong. “Today, InCorp Global is a stronger group with these appointments in our Singapore and Malaysia markets. My team and I will work diligently to make InCorp Global the premier corporate services provider in the Asia Pacific”.
