Deal-Lacey brings extensive international business experience, having worked at the Milken Institute, a leading financial think tank, and currently serving as an advisory board member of the Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics at Singapore Management University. She has been a member of the FWD Singapore board since 2016 and currently serves as its chair.
Additionally, the insurer announced the retirement of Richard Sun Po Yuen from the board. Following these changes, the board now comprises 13 directors, including two executive directors, two non-executive directors, and nine independent non-executive directors.
"We’re delighted to welcome Andrew, Dominic, and Laura to the Board, as we continue to steer FWD’s growth and governance across our 10 markets in Asia.
