Honeywell Names Nigel Brockett President of Asia Pacific

Honeywell has appointed Nigel Brockett as President of Asia Pacific, effective immediately. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Brockett will be responsible for overseeing a vital region for Honeywell, which includes Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

In his new role, Brockett will concentrate on leveraging major megatrends like automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition. He plans to drive sales enablement, build the company’s regional talent pipeline, and engage with key customers to improve their industrial operations and accelerate growth through Honeywell’s suite of connected technologies.

Anant Maheshwari, President and CEO of Global High Growth Regions at Honeywell, remarked, “The Asia Pacific region presents an important growth opportunity for Honeywell due to its geographic diversity, tech-oriented talent pool, and leadership in innovation. Nigel’s extensive experience and deep understanding of this dynamic region will be essential for our next chapter of growth”.

Brockett has been with Honeywell for over 20 years, serving in various senior leadership roles across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales EMEA for Honeywell Process Solutions, where he helped customers in the region leverage Honeywell’s process automation technologies to boost productivity and efficiency. Before joining Honeywell, he was the General Manager for Asia at a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm.
