Gupshup, a leader in Conversational AI Engagement, has appointed Trisnia Anchali Kardia as its new Country Head for Indonesia. In this role, Anchali will be responsible for growing Gupshup’s enterprise business and establishing market leadership in Indonesia’s fast-expanding conversational AI industry.

Anchali brings over a decade of experience in business messaging, technology sales, and e-commerce to Gupshup. She has a proven track record in scaling businesses and driving revenue growth across various tech and messaging sectors. Her deep expertise in Indonesia’s dynamic digital landscape is poised to accelerate Gupshup’s growth and further solidify its position as the go-to platform for businesses seeking innovative conversational AI solutions.

Before joining Gupshup, Anchali served as the Country Head at Graas, a leading e-commerce analytics company, where she played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by over 120% and significantly expanding the company’s client base. Earlier in her career, she held key positions at major tech companies, including Telkomsel, Indonesia’s largest telecom operator, where she spearheaded the launch of the company’s digital advertising business, focusing on location-based advertising.

Anchali also held leadership roles at Zomato Indonesia and Line Corporation, where she was the Chief Commercial Officer for Line’s enterprise messaging product. At Line, she led marketing, product initiatives, and business development efforts, further strengthening her reputation as an expert in the messaging ecosystem.

With Indonesia’s tech ecosystem booming, Gupshup sees the country as a critical market for growth. The appointment of Anchali comes at a time when demand for conversational commerce solutions is on the rise. Indonesia’s dynamic digital landscape, coupled with evolving consumer behaviors, positions conversational AI as a key driver of business success.
