Fushi Acquires Ascentis On Account of Expansion Into South East Asia

In Southeast Asia, Ascentis Pte Ltd ("Ascentis") is a top provider of customer relationship management ("CRM") and eCommerce SaaS solutions. Fushi Technology Co Ltd is happy to announce that it has acquired Ascentis. A key turning point in Fushi's globalisation plan has been reached with this acquisition, which makes Fushi the controlling shareholder in Ascentis.

Ascentis was established in 2003 and has six operations around Southeast Asia from its Singapore-based headquarters. Ascentis specialises in CRM and eCommerce, and 13 nations in the region have successfully adopted its SaaS solutions. 

Its solutions are centred on assisting companies in creating an engaging and gratifying Online-to-Offline ("O2O") client experience and journey. Far East Organisation, Lendlease, Singtel, Starbucks, and Sunway Group are a few of Ascentis' clients.

"Acquiring Ascentis will expedite Fushi's globalization strategy and expand its business into the growing Southeast Asia market," said Fushi. "Ascentis' O2O solutions, once integrated with Fushi's point of sale, Artificial Intelligence ("AI") lab, digital payment, and game center, will greatly enhance the group's offerings and ambitions to create smart Retail and F&B ecosystems for our customers. This becomes even more exciting when the ecosystem is integrated with the smart logistics and supply chain management solutions from Y3 Technologies, who is also a global strategic partner of Fushi."

Bryan Tan, the company's founder, believes that this acquisition will significantly alter Ascentis. We can now offer a totally integrated, smart, and automated platform with capabilities in cashiering, digital payment, rewards, customer engagement, and smart logistics thanks to Fushi's technologies, which also expedite our plans to grow into other areas.
