DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods has officially launched its new Food Services Test Kitchen in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This facility is aimed at fostering innovation, collaboration, and culinary excellence across the hotel, café, restaurant (HORECA), and bakery industries.
The launch event showcased a dynamic atmosphere, featuring key figures such as Serene Lee, Director of Legal (Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei), Sandeep Tewari, Head of Country Management and Vice President of Healthcare, and Daniel Schwalb, Vice President of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) at DKSH Malaysia.
Equipped with state-of-the-art culinary technology and catering support, the Food Services Test Kitchen is designed for pastry, hot kitchen, and beverage innovations. It offers dedicated spaces for recipe testing, product showcases, and chef collaborations, making it an ideal venue for industry professionals to experiment and innovate. The facility's central location in Petaling Jaya ensures easy access for clients, who can leverage DKSH's expertise to navigate the complexities of the food services sector.
