DHL Names Tay Yi Ning Head of APAC Innovation Centre in Singapore

DHL, a prominent global logistics provider, has named Tay Yi Ning as the new Head of the Asia Pacific Innovation Centre in Singapore. In her fresh role, Ning aims to elevate the innovation center's status as a hub for cutting-edge logistics solutions and customer-centric approaches. She will oversee a team dedicated to promoting innovation-driven customer interactions and facilitating inclusive dialogues with solution providers and startups. With close to two decades of experience in customer relations at DHL, Ning brings a deep understanding of customers' distinct logistics needs and valuable industry insights from across the region.

Ning commenced her journey with DHL Group in 2008 within the technology business development unit of DHL Global Forwarding. Transitioning in 2015, she joined the DHL CSI team as the Regional Customer Director for the technology sector, providing extensive support to key strategic clients. She remained in this position until stepping into her current role.

Established in 2015, DHL's Innovation Centre in Singapore marks the company's inaugural venture in the Asia Pacific. Housing pivotal innovative solutions, it endeavors to redefine the trajectory of logistics, addressing a diverse array of customer requirements. Additionally, the centre offers tailored workshops and personalized tours, inviting customers, partners, and industry luminaries to exchange insights and delve into the newest logistics developments. Globally, DHL operates three other innovation hubs located in Troisdorf, Germany; Chicago, USA; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
