Dimitriou, who will also become a partner at DEPT, is set to steer the agency's global growth, marketing, and client service teams. His primary focus will be on delivering groundbreaking customer experiences and solutions that exemplify the next generation of AI transformation. Dimitriou will join the executive team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the industry.

With over 25 years of experience in transforming global businesses, Dimitriou has worked across North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. His recent role as EMEA CEO at VMLY&R, where he managed a network of 4,500 employees, underscores his extensive experience. During his tenure, he was nominated as Campaign Agency Leader of the Year for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023). Dimitriou will be based in Europe and will report directly to Dimi Albers, DEPT’s Global CEO.
