Dentsu Expands CXM Business Division, Welcomes New Leaders in Southeast Asia

Dentsu has announced two senior appointments to enhance its Customer Experience Management (CXM) capabilities across Southeast Asia. Sanchit Mendiratta has been named Chief Growth Officer, SEA, alongside his new role as Managing Director, CXM, dentsu Singapore. Additionally, Trishe Goh has been promoted to Senior Director of Growth at Merkle.

Dentsu reports that Merkle has shown consistent growth in Southeast Asia, expanding its team to over 180 professionals across Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The agency serves major clients including Toyota, Telkomsel, BPI, AIA, and Royal Brunei Air.
