DeliverDeliver.sg, the long-distance delivery platform based in Singapore and a subsidiary of Maxima Logistics Pte Ltd, has successfully acquired BusyBee, an Indian Mobility Lifestyle Platform. With a valuation of SGD 500,000, this strategic move further strengthens Deliver.sg's expansion efforts in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. The acquisition is expected to enhance Deliver.sg's DAAS model.

With a presence spanning 1,800 delivery riders across 317 locations in South India, BusyBee envisions substantial growth under the guidance of Deliver.sg. The collaboration is poised to capitalize on Deliver.sg's advanced technology and industry expertise, augmenting BusyBee's operational efficiency and profitability. Backed by the resources of Maxima Logistics, BusyBee's expansion strategy targets reaching 1,000 locations by 2025.

"As we integrate BusyBee's expansive network with the development of HighRices and HomeRadius, our objectives extend beyond geographical expansion. We are fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and community building", remarked Krishnamani Kannan, Co-Founder & CEO of Deliver.sg and Vice Chairman of SSACCI - Singapore South Asia Chamber Of Commerce And Industry.

"Deliver.sg is diversifying its reach through a SGD 250,000 investment in HighRices, a Tamil Nadu-based startup, employing a share swap and equity funding model. This investment aims to facilitate the development of an Augmented Reality (AR) app and advanced technologies, with the overarching goal of globally transforming smart restaurants. Similarly, Deliver.sg has pledged SGD 250,000 to HomeRadius, an app streamlining the hiring process for home service professionals. With Deliver.sg's backing, HomeRadius aspires to revolutionize home management in Singapore and beyond, providing users with a convenient platform to connect with service providers".
