Charis Yim Appointed General Manager at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West
Nina Hospitality has appointed Charis Yim as the new General Manager of Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, while she will also maintain her position as Group Deputy General Manager - Commercial.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in international luxury hotel management, Charis brings a profound wealth of knowledge to her new position. In her role as General Manager, she will assume full responsibility for the Hotel's operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests.
Charis joined Nina Hospitality in 2020, bringing extensive experience from senior leadership roles at renowned international hotel brands such as The Peninsula Hong Kong, InterContinental Hong Kong, Mandarin Oriental Macau, JW Marriott Hong Kong, and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. As Group Deputy General Manager - Commercial, Charis implemented several initiatives at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, including diversifying the hotel's customer base to cater to airline crews, leisure and MICE travelers, business guests, youth hostel guests, and long-stay residents, all while ensuring a high-quality experience for every visitor. She also played a key role in the establishment of Nina Communal, a lounge and communal space.
