Separator

CDNetworks, the premier network provider in the Asia-Pacific region offering edge services, has introduced a significant upgrade with a capacity boost of 10 Tbps aimed at improving digital network performance across South and Southeast Asia (SSEA). This enhancement builds upon CDNetworks' already extensive network coverage in the region. Additionally, the deployment of 10 local scrubbing centers strategically bolsters CDNetworks' position to uphold its top-tier CDN performance throughout SSEA.

The upgrade will also leverage enhanced collaborations with over 80 local Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to expand its extensive reach by building more Points of Presence (PoPs). Upon completion for the year, it aims to surpass a total of 220 PoPs covering all ASEAN members, South Asia, and the South Pacific Islands. This considerable enhancement will ensure a robust CDN throughout SSEA, significantly enhancing the digital experience for businesses and consumers alike.

Antony Li, Global Head of Infrastructure at CDNetworks, underscored the significant impact of this upgrade on the digital economy in South and Southeast Asia (SSEA), stressing its capacity to enable businesses to flourish in the digital era. With its headquarters in Singapore and a strong presence in SSEA spanning more than twenty years, CDNetworks leverages a robust local support structure comprising infrastructure, dedicated operational teams, and tailored solutions to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of the digital landscape.

Central to its regional operations are committed country managers, strategically positioned offices, and a worldwide support hub located in Malaysia. These elements play a crucial role in meeting the distinctive requirements of the area and have played a key part in earning the confidence of various sectors, such as e-commerce, gaming, travel, and media and entertainment.

CDNetworks doesn't just improve online user experiences; it also enables businesses to refine their strategies. By closely partnering with clients, CDNetworks is actively shaping a cohesive digital future for South and Southeast Asia (SSEA), positioning itself as a pivotal ally in the region's digital advancement.
