Caera Lee Joins Robin Lynn & Lee to Strengthen Energy and Infrastructure

Malaysia's Robin Lynn & Lee, in association with regional law firm DFDL, has recruited Caera Lee as a partner from prominent local firm Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
With 13 years of experience, Lee specializes in advising investors, project sponsors, developers, and financial institutions on power generation assets, oil and gas projects, and infrastructure development. Her expertise includes renewable energy projects, production-sharing contracts, and joint operating agreements within the oil and gas sector.
Having advised on projects in Malaysia's energy sector, including conventional and renewable power generation assets, and upstream and downstream oil and gas developments, Lee also has experience in construction and engineering matters for large infrastructure projects. She had been at Zaid Ibrahim since 2012.
"Caera's deep understanding and strategic insight will be instrumental in providing exceptional value to our clients navigating this evolving landscape," said managing partner Robin Teow in a statement.
Robin Lynn & Lee was established in 2023 by three founding partners: Teow, Tan Hui Lynn, and Lee Bin Hau. Teow had previously led DFDL's China desk since 2020, Tan joined from an in-house position at Gotrade Securities, and Lee Bin Hau was formerly a partner at Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
The firm now has five partners, including Tan Chuan How, who is also a partner at DFDL Singapore.
