Bandaranaike International Airport and Jaffna International Airport have partnered with Magzter to pioneer the inaugural Smart Reading Airports in South Asia. Magzter's collaboration with Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka Limited offers travelers complimentary access to a diverse library of more than 8,000 top-tier magazines, newspapers, journals, and comics while they're within the airport premises. By downloading the Magzter app from the Apple Store or Google Play, passengers can enjoy limitless reading without the need for a subscription, thanks to geo-fenced zones. Once at the airport, users can simply open the Magzter app, navigate to the 'SRZ' section, authorize location access, and enjoy unrestricted reading at no cost.

Given the typical wait times passengers endure before boarding their flights, finding engaging activities becomes essential. This pioneering initiative aims to enrich the passenger journey by granting access to a wide array of popular magazines and newspapers across 40+ categories such as automotive, business, comics, entertainment, fashion, health, lifestyle, news, politics, science, sports, technology, and travel. Furthermore, travelers can download their preferred publications at the airport and access them offline during their flight, enhancing the in-flight experience
