AlixPartners appoints New Partner and Managing Director in Southeast Asia

AlixPartners, the international consulting company, has revealed the appointment of Michael Mo to its Performance & Technology division as a Partner and Managing Director based in the Singapore office. Michael boasts a track record as a skilled business leader, focusing on aiding organizations in driving operational enhancements through digital transformation and fostering sustainable growth. With over 17 years of expertise in crafting strategies and enhancing value, he has catered to diverse industries such as high-tech, consumer goods, automotive, real estate, and energy. Michael has spearheaded numerous intricate transformation and growth initiatives across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Europe.

Before joining AlixPartners, Michael served as a Partner at EY-Parthenon, where he led the strategy-to-transformation operation service line across the Asia-Pacific region, driving comprehensive value creation for both global and regional companies in Asia. Prior to this role, he held the position of Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he played a pivotal role as a core leader in the Digital Transformation Service (DTS). In this capacity, he spearheaded the establishment of McKinsey's DTS hub and playbook, focusing on supply chain management, procurement, and product development. Additionally, Michael has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and SAP. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from IMD in Switzerland.
