The business and corporate world has advanced pragmatically today and so its management. While the responsible C-suite executives promisingly lead the company across diverse organizational functions, Chief Operating Officers (COOs) are held accountable for keenly overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business. The COO of an organization upholds strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills.
