In recent years, the Asian automotive industry has seen many outstanding leadership contributions and innovations by many distinguished figures who have left memorable marks on the shaping of the future of this industry. They spearheaded progress in technology, market navigations, and trends at large, while ensuring that companies were not lagging but were actually on top and at the helm of all changes.
The most pronounced trend in the period under consideration was significant advancement in electrification. Having noted this shift in globally conscious friendly transport, many leaders boldly took strategic decisions to highly invest in the development of electric cars. They championed launching new models for the automobiles, constructed new plants to manufacture them and teamed with these technological companies for cars appealing to the environmentally mindful customers.
