How has your professional journey been so far? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
Drawing upon my professional journey, I am a committed, enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate individual. My appetite for learning has fueled my growth, allowing me to swiftly adapt to new challenges and evolve into an enhanced version of myself. Commencing as a medical representative in 2007, my trajectory saw me transition to a role as a product manager in 2011. Throughout, I consistently showcased exceptional performance, ascending through the ranks from junior to senior product manager, a testament to my meritorious career progression every two years. In 2015, I embraced senior-level responsibilities.
Embracing the mantle of Group Product Manager at Darya-Varia in 2017, I ascended to the position of Marketing Category Head. My motivation thrives upon collaborating with accomplished peers, uniting to shape a healthier Indonesia under our company's value “BERSATU”. This shared ambition drives me onward within this sphere, solidifying my dedication to our mutual objective.

As the Marketing Head, what are the latest strategic plans you have adopted to expand/ optimize operations and engage new audiences in the market?
In my role overseeing the ethical market teams, I firmly believe that the bedrock of our business's endurance lies in cultivating robust connections with our clientele and stakeholders. This necessitates an acute comprehension of market demands, enabling us to deliver pertinent solutions. My strategy centers on bolstering customer engagement, fostering formidable alliances with stakeholders, broadening our reach to untapped areas, and effectuating successful product launches. Our new offerings, tailored for both patient benefit and stakeholder advantage, emanate from this approach. Moreover, recognizing the pivotal role of digital avenues, also product roadmap evolves from an informed grasp of evolving medical necessities, translated into strategic launch blueprints executed in synergy with innovation, marketing, and operational teams. This collaborative endeavor drives our triumphant market entry.

I thrive on fostering an atmosphere where teams are encouraged to conceive initiatives, ideas, and projects, bolstered by structured support to unleash their full potential. Furthermore, I advocate for consensus during meetings, ensuring unanimous commitment to our final decisions. This collective dedication propels us toward success or transforms setbacks into invaluable lessons on our journey.

Life is a continuous journey rather than a destination. I am committed to perpetual self-improvement, especially as a leader. My immediate focus is team growth and support.
