I can sum up my overall approach with the team by providing context through an example in regards to our upcoming launch in Q2-Q3. The build up to this event saw me allow each member of the team to have a voice in the evolution of the product. I strongly feel that the sum total of an organization almost always surpasses the strength of a sole leader working by himself at the top.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?

Our vision for the future centers on growth, innovation, and impact in the educational technology sector. We aim to enhance our AI capabilities, particularly in our flagship tool, NA.VI, offering personalized and engaging learning experiences. Our expansion plan includes diversifying course offerings, entering emerging fields, and prioritizing global reach with localized content. Building a collaborative educational community through strategic partnerships and prioritizing sustainability and social impact are integral. User experience improvement, data analytics, and continuous research and development are key focuses.
