Rahul Srivastava is a results-driven, dynamic professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), primarily in the telecom industry. He has been instrumental in managing large complex engagements & sales processes for outsourcing agreements and signed strategic outsourcing deals valued at more than $1 billion. Rahul has an impeccable track record of handling mega deals in the services business for the Telecom sector, BFSI & Utility sectors. In his prior experience @IBM, he has demonstrated his ability to manage large complex engagements in terms of Relationship Management, P&L, base growth, Program Delivery, and more. You possess over two decades of experience. How has your path to success and what is your success mantra?
In the last two decades of my career, I have served diverse geographies and global customers in Malaysia, India, Africa, UAE, KSA, Turkey, Germany, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and beyond. During my career, I never looked back, always had a sense of gratitude, took some risks, and maintained the highest level of integrity. I always strive to think out of the box, be open to new ideas, and improvise.

One ought to be trustworthy and believe in your ideas. Opportunities to Seize Grab every opportunity that knocks on your door, right from the start. No matter how small or big it may be  just take it! Knowledge Is The Key: Keep learning; your efforts will not be in vain.

Consumer purchasing decisions will become increasingly complex.Mobile communications are increasingly becoming the focal point of marketing. Accelerated Online Buying & Omnipresent Communication is the key. Transparency will govern brand customer relationships, and there will be a surge in customer automated decisions.

The opportunities that I foresee are Cloud infrastructure, On-demand solutions, Business Intelligence Analytics, Cyber Security Solutions, Data Services, and Offshore Delivery center.

In light of your strong experience within the industry, what advice would you give to budding industry leaders?
Learning should be a continuous process. Develop a skillset to distinguish yourself, focus on relevant, futuristic technologies, Network with people in your industry to unlock opportunities, take risk & be ready to quickly improvise.
