As the Chief Financial Officer of Hexa Business, how do you intend to leverage your extensive professional experience to enhance the organization’s profile?
At Hexa Business, my role as CFO extends beyond mere financial management, as I am actively engaged in strategic decision-making and shaping the company's future. I plan to utilize my vast experience to optimize financial processes, ensure precise forecasting, and enhance our capital structure.
A primary focus for me is the digital transformation of finance. By adopting advanced financial technologies, such as real-time data analytics and automated reporting, we can significantly boost our efficiency and decision-making capabilities. Additionally, I aim to implement robust financial planning models to drive sustainable growth and improve profitability across all the regions in which we operate.
Moreover, I intend to strengthen our internal audit processes to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation, which will further enhance stakeholder trust. As we expand into new industries like farming and business process outsourcing, my goal is to position Hexa Business as a global leader in diversified services. I prioritize empowering my team by granting them the autonomy to make decisions within a well-defined framework

My leadership style is both collaborative and data driven. I prioritize empowering my team by granting them the autonomy to make decisions within a well defined framework. The key pillars of my approach include transparency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning. In finance, where accuracy and time liness are essential, I focus on building teams that operate efficiently while upholding high standards.
I adopt a results-oriented approach, ensuring that every decision is informed by data and aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. I actively promote innovation and critical thinking among team members, allowing us to address challenges from various perspectives. By cultivating a culture of collaboration and open communication, I strive to ensure that each team member feels valued and motivated to contribute to the company’s success.

I keep myself informed about industry trends through a blend of continuous learning and networking. I regularly read industry publications, particularly those that focus on financial technology, global markets, and emerging trends in business consulting. I also attend international finance conferences and connect with global CFO networks to learn how other leaders are addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities within their sectors.
Additionally, I ensure that Hexa Business remains agile by incorporating predictive analytics into our financial models. This enables us to anticipate market changes and proactively adjust our strategies. My involvement in diverse industries such as telecommunications and finance provides me with a broader perspective, allowing me to integrate crossindustry insights into our strategic planning.

A significant milestone for me was my transition to Hexa Business as CFO, where, alongside the directors, I worked to elevate the company from a regional player to a global operator across nine countries. Successfully establishing financial governance in these diverse markets has been incredibly rewarding, as it required me to customize financial strategies that align with local market dynamics while maintaining a cohesive vision for the organization.
A particularly proud moment was when Hexa Business' finance department received an excellence award for outstanding performance in financial management and operational efficiency. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and commitment of my team and reinforced my belief in the importance of building a robust financial foundation for any organization.
