Can you provide a summary of your professional career and the driving force behind your daily routines?

In my career journey, I started as an assistant lec­turer in the pharmaceutical field at my university. From there, I progressed through various roles in the healthcare industry, ranging from hospital representative to my current position as a country manager in the dental industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in different sectors of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and others. Each new position has provided me with valuable experiences and knowl­edge, contributing to my continuous growth in the healthcare sector. However, I still feel there is more to learn and explore in this ever-evolving industry. My family, who have been a major source of inspi­ration for my current work, is what keeps me going each day.

Could you tell us about your academic journey at the University of Gadjah Mada Indonesia and the valuable lessons you gained outside of the classroom?

I gained valuable experiences during my master's in Business Administration with a major in Strate­gic Management at University Gadjah Mada. This esteemed university significantly impacted my ca­reer, knowledge, and professional network. Being part of this top-tier university equipped me with a strong academic foundation, practical skills, and a global perspective, which is crucial in today's in­terconnected world. The diverse learning oppor­tunities and exposure to various disciplines have broadened my competence in economics, business, and entrepreneurship. I am grateful for the decision to choose this university, and it has been a trans­formative experience for me.

As the President Director & Country Manager, what are the factors you look into to ensure the smooth running of operations?

In my role as the Country Manager of Envista Hold­ings Corporation in Indonesia, I ensure that the organization runs smoothly by focusing on several key factors. Firstly, it is essential to align the goals and objectives of our team with the overall strat­egy of Envista Holdings Corporation. This involves clear communication to establish expectations and ensure efficient customer service. Effective com­munication with both customers and our global team is crucial to maintain a cohesive approach in line with the company's global strategy.

Could you share insights into your leadership style? What principles or strategies do you adhere to as a leader?

Certainly, as a leader, I believe in maintaining trans­parency and openness within the team. We hold regular monthly and weekly meetings to foster clear communication and ensure everyone is on the same page. Leading by example is crucial for me, so I strive to demonstrate the behavior and values I expect from my team. In my leadership style, I lean towards a democratic approach, valuing input from team members and encouraging open discussions. Adhering to the guidelines and principles set by our American company is essential to maintain consist­ency and alignment with our overall objectives.

Where do you see yourself heading in the future?

In the coming year, my focus is twofold: excelling in the commercial sector as the President Director & Country Manager at Envista Holdings Corporation, where I lead with transparency and clear commu­nication to foster strong partnerships with dental practitioners while aligning our operations with En­vista Holdings Corporation's global strategy. Simul­taneously, my profound aspiration is to give back to society and academia by becoming an academician, sharing my vast experience and knowledge with young minds, and inspiring them to succeed in the dental industry with integrity and innovation. This dual path will allow me to make a meaningful im­pact, bridging practical experience with theoretical understanding, as I move forward with determina­tion towards a purpose-driven future.
