How has been your path to success? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?
With a journey spanning more than three decades in the industry, I've been part of various startups, including three in the Philippines and one in Indonesia, all in the mobile cellular sector. Additionally, I've been fortunate to contribute to innovative projects bridging telecom and media convergence. Presently, my focus is on the digital space, where we aim to make a positive impact. The Philippines faces challenges in financial inclusion, and we're committed to doing our part to help our fellow Filipinos, including Overseas Filipino workers, farmers, fisherfolks, and those seeking banking, ecommerce and digital transaction help in the Philippines, gain access to our solutions.
My daily motivation revolves around two pivotal aspects of my life: family and professional legacy. The well-being and success of my family are paramount, shaping my focus and drive. Simultaneously, I am inspired by the dynamic landscape of the industry where I first made my mark. My motivation stems from a desire to continue contributing, leaving an enduring legacy within that industry.

Our comprehensive digital initiatives span across food, banking, retail, and the import-export of our products, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and advancement in all facets of our organization.
We recognize that the agriculture is evolving, and so are the needs of our farmers and fisherfolks. We've embarked on a mission to simplify access to agricultural products through our E-commerce platform, aligning with the growing digital trends among Filipinos, especially during the pandemic. Our unique proposition is multifaceted. Firstly, we offer a platform where buyers, sellers, and investors can seamlessly transact, empowering farmers to sell their produce efficiently. Additionally, we facilitate electronic wallet transactions and provide access to banking services through our group's banking sector, creating a holistic ecosystem for our clients. By collaborating with our government agencies and private entities, we aim to work closely with the majority of agricultural cooperatives in the Philippines, ensuring that our system caters to their specific needs and contributes to the advancement of the agricultural sector.
Technology will always be at the forefront of growth, in our country, with digital adoption at an all time high, the benefit will be across industries
Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?
Foremost important trait I expect of my team is the attitude of taking responsibility and firmly standing by decisions they have made. I foster a collabo rative atmosphere, valuing teamwork and consultation. Simultaneously, I empower individuals within the team, encouraging them to make decisions. This approach cultivates confidence, continuous learning, and a profound sense of achievement. I don't simply advocate for passive obedience; instead, I champion proactive decision-making and accountability. Ultimately, it's a shared responsibility, and I willingly bear the consequences, ensuring the department's growth and success.
What is the future destination you are headed towards?
We are committed to the success of our current project, ensuring its effectiveness and widespread adoption of our platform. Over the next two years, we aim to expand significantly, becoming a substantial entity, not just in terms of revenue but in the number of people we serve. Our primary focus is on helping agricultural cooperatives, fishermen, and fisherfolk. We aspire to make a substantial and positive impact on their livelihoods, transforming our company into a major player in the industry, extending our reach beyond the Philippines, and creating a lasting legacy of service and success.
