Could you provide a brief overview of your professional journey and the background and experiences that have shaped your current position?

My family has a strong legal background, with both my grandfather and father be­ing in the legal field for many years. Ini­tially, I pursued several careers in finan­cial position and engineering officer, in the start of my career life due to obtain­ing certificates in both areas. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and the crisis faced the world in 2008, I had to pivot back to the field of law- mother of all sci­ences. I discovered the depth of law as the foundation of various disciplines and decided to immerse myself in its study and by practice. Through a series of certi­fications, certified tribunal and nominated engineer.

I developed expertise in financial fields and legal proceedings. I found satisfaction in using my legal practice and knowledge to efficiently and profes­sionally solve problems, issues and solve disputes for others. This journey has been extensive, marked by various development levels and continuous learning, shaping me into a more integrated professional in law.

What motivated you to establish your legal consultant firm?

Several motivations and aspirations drive individu­als to set up a legal consultant firm. Firstly, there is a passion for the law, fulfilling obligations, and aiding people. Building a successful career is another driving factor, as the legal profession offers the potential for a lucrative and prestigious path, allowing individuals to safeguard others' rights and advance in their careers. Entrepreneurial aspirations play a role as well, as one can foster an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling employ­ees to become their own bosses and develop their own practices.

Moreover, a desire to make a difference in people's lives by adding value and support is a significant mo­tivator. Beyond financial considerations, the aim is to enhance satisfaction and ease in people's lives. This approach goes beyond mere monetary gain and wag­es; it's about making. a positive impact and contribut­ing to the well-being of others. These motivations not only lead to professional satisfaction but also provide financial security, flexibility, and autonomy. Establish­ing a law firm allows for the cultivation of patience and perseverance, contributing to the integrity main­tained with clients throughout the journey.

Could you share the best practices you instill in your team?

We prioritize a culture of continuous development over traditional hierarchy, supporting individual growth whether they stay with us or pursue their own paths. Our approach encourages learning through knowledge-sharing, data accessibility, and welcoming questions for better understanding in challenging times. To achieve our goals, we emphasize research, analysis, and accessibility to valuable resources. We provide tools like legal precedent sites, career insights, and guidance on effective defenses. Training is a priority, dedicating two to three months to skill development, including engaging exams with prizes for excellence. Our commitment to continuous improvement, open communication, and collaborative efforts defines our team philosophy.

When providing legal strategies, how do you ensure alignment with the practical needs of your clients' businesses?

We work with esteemed companies across various industries such as medical, food, construction, engineering, and real estate, some of which are among the largest in the US market, thanks to the grace of Allah. Our role involves supporting them in making informed decisions and leveraging their experiences through specific measures, including risk assessment and mitigation. We guide them in identifying potential risks associated with their ideas, evaluate the impact of these risks, and develop strategies to mitigate and navigate them effectively.

Furthermore, we provide proactive legal guidance, ensuring that our clients receive advice before taking any actions, enabling us to anticipate risks and offer early warnings. We stay updated on legal developments to provide relevant insights. Additionally, we assist in negotiation and the drafting of contracts, offering guidance in various aspects such as hiring, dealings with suppliers, and interactions with external parties.

Our approach emphasizes continuous learning and adaptation based on feedback, recognizing the need for ongoing revision and change. We acknowledge the dynamic nature of the business landscape and strive to learn from our experiences, recognizing that no one has exhaustive knowledge in life. This commitment is foundational to our professional growth.

Can you share the field of expertise you focus on for learning?

Initially, I completed my degree in financial and accounting and gained experience in finance and debt collections which supported me in handling commercial case’s experts. Additionally, I obtained a diploma in engineering to better deal easier with constructions and contacting cases and related clients in such filed. I've also delved into knowledge areas concerning food and beverage due to the involvement of clients in the food industries. Furthermore, I have completed learning, training and received acceptance as a tribunal member and certified arbitrator in various Emirates, including RAC. This summarizes the areas in which I am actively engaged in learning at the moment.
