In 1994, he ventured into South East Asia, particularly Vietnam, under the banner of 'Veterinarians without Frontiers,' aiming to enhance swine genetics in the northern region of Vietnam. His subsequent tenure with the NEOVIA Group, a prominent French animal nutrition entity, further honed his skills and expanded his horizons. Serving as the Export Manager of South East Asia, Christophe immersed himself in the diverse cultures of the region while spearheading strategic initiatives for the group. In 1998, he embarked on a pivotal endeavor, establishing a subsidiary in Vietnam through a joint venture with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) in Hanoi, marking a significant milestone in his career trajectory.
Christophe's visionary leadership propelled him to create approximately 10 subsidiaries across South East Asia, spanning activities such as feed manufacturing for livestock and aquaculture, genetics, and research and development laboratories. In our pursuit of success, we don't merely await its arrival; rather, we actively seek it out, invoking its presence. I've always embraced progress, even amidst chaos, over stagnation, ensuring that perseverance remains a steadfast companion. Central to my approach is the art of assembling teams brimming with skill and passion, achieved through attentive listening and empathetic engagement. Accessibility is key - I eschew redundant meetings and never settle for half-hearted decisions.
My ethos has consistently placed people above processes and technology. Maintaining a hands-on presence in the field, alongside customers, is paramount for deciphering market needs and uncovering the innovations that distinguish oneself and one's work.
How do you characterize KEOS as an organization and its current standing in the market?
In essence, our aspiration was to establish a company that epitomizes innovation and originality, serving as a conduit for our accumulated experience, passion, and vision. This ambition materialized with the birth of KEOS in 2020.
KEOS Pet Food embodies this vision. Despite being a newcomer in the market, it draws upon decades of expertise and insight. At its core, KEOS represents the intersection of pet food and nutrition, where science serves as the cornerstone of vitality.
We adhere to proven nutritional principles while integrating a natural protective barrier for dogs and cats, a proprietary development of our own. As a nimble entity, we adeptly navigate market dynamics and cultural nuances. KEOS is experiencing robust growth, achieving double-digit expansion and successfully penetrating markets across Asia and even into Africa.
Our KEOS concept, 'Simply Good Kibbles,' designed for all cats and dogs, is gaining traction with resounding success.

In my view, a leader must articulate a clear strategy, vision, and goals for the team to pursue. Establishing transparent organizational structures is crucial for effective leadership.
Fostering enthusiasm and promoting a strong work ethic among team members are paramount responsibilities of a leader. Accessibility, sharing insights, effective communication, and active listening form the bedrock of my leadership philosophy. I believe in empowering deserving individuals and equipping the team with the resources needed to sustain high performance.
Actions speak louder than words; therefore, I prioritize leading by example, with verbal directives serving merely as reinforcement.

Our aim is to solidify our existing accomplishments and maintain our distinctiveness in the market.
