The agility and dynamism in executing these strategies are evident in our consistent year-by-year growth.

Which skills do you prioritize when recruiting new candidates, and how do you leverage your extensive professional experience in your field to train and develop team members or fresh re­cruits?

In the recruitment of fresh candidates, I seek a blend of hard and soft skills, along with qualities such as adapt­ability, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for the industry or role.
