Could you share a brief overview of your professional journey and the driving forces behind your daily routines?
Certainly! To begin my professional journey, I transitioned from practicing medicine to pioneering healthcare management solutions. After obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, my early years as a Medical Officer in Myanmar laid the groundwork. Subsequent Cardiology training in Hyderabad, India, and a Cardiology fellowship in Myanmar, coupled with the challenges of the MRCP exam, fueled my thirst for knowledge.
In 2019, I co-founded Win Hospital in Myanmar, where I assumed the role of Clinical Director. This marked a shift from clinical practice to healthcare management, sparking a passion for addressing industry challenges. This passion culminated in the establishment of Royal Care Plus in 2021, dedicated to optimizing medical supply chains. Over the past three years, the company has successfully provided evidence-based medical products, ensuring accessibility across all socioeconomic levels.
Taking the vision further, after years of planning, 'TRAVELPATIENT,' an innovative platform integrating medical inquiries and tourism, is set to launch in 2024. This initiative underscores my commitment to bridging gaps in healthcare accessibility. Fueled by a desire to simplify processes and improve lives, I am at the forefront of reshaping healthcare landscapes in Myanmar. This vision serves as a daily motivator, driving me to give my best.

Guided by my vision, Royal Care Plus is positioned as a trailblazer in shaping the future of health. We bring forth numerous innovative concepts in hospital start-up management, medical product distribution, and healthcare IT solutions, aiming to simplify and expedite access to medical necessities for patients. Within a span of three years, we have emerged as a rapidly expanding presence in Myanmar's healthcare market. However, our journey is still in its infancy, with the ultimate goal of becoming the preferred destination for all medical requirements within a comprehensive supply chain.
As the CEO, what factors do you consider when formulating effective corporate growth strategies for the company?
At Royal Care Plus, our success is grounded in core values such as teamwork, discipline, honesty, respect, and clear communication. Under the guidance of experienced department heads, we place a strong emphasis on the continual growth and development of each team member through educational initiatives, contributing significantly to our overall success. With a workforce of over 70 professionals nationwide, the company's achievements are bolstered by the enduring leadership of over 90 percent of our original team members.
Our central team in Yangon has successfully implemented efficient distribution, reporting, and financial systems, ensuring a seamless product flow across the country. Since the company's inception, our emphasis on doctor networking has played a pivotal role in promoting our scientific products nationwide, with a network of over 1500 specialists. This network remains crucial for the future of our company.
How is the team constructed, and what measures do you take to guarantee they provide a smooth experience in supplying medical products and nutritional supplements to customers?
