How would you define Hoxton Capital Management as an organization and its current position in the market?

Hoxton Capital Management was established in 2018 and has quickly become a leading independent financial advisory group. Currently, we oversee a portfolio of $1.4 billion. Guided by a strong corporate culture, our capable management team leads our operations across various locations including London, Sydney, Austin, Cape Town, New Jersey, and Dubai. Our growing clientele, largely consisting of UK expatriates, benefits from our global presence. We've strategically allocated assets worldwide, holding licenses in multiple jurisdictions. This enables us to effectively manage and safeguard financial assets w ithout constraints posed by borders.

What are some of the flagship offerings and the value additions that customers can expect from these offerings?

At Hoxton Capital Management, our hallmark lies in our strong technological foundation. We've harnessed our in-house expertise to craft a unique client portal and this bespoke platform exemplifies our commitment to a tech-driven approach to financial advice, marked by transparency and accessibility. The portal offers an analytical interface that facilitates comprehensive customer analysis. It empowers our clients with a lucid trajectory towards their financial objectives, particularly in terms of retirement planning. This technology not only fosters transparency but also equips our clients with a holistic view of their financial journey, thereby enhancing their decision-making process.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the methodologies that you follow as a leader?

At the core of my leadership philosophy is leading by example, embodying dedication, strong work ethic, and professionalism. I firmly believe in recognizing and acknowledging individual and collective achievements, fostering a culture of positivity and growth. Constructive feedback plays a pivotal role, offering guidance for improvement and reinforcing commendable efforts. Collaboration is nurtured to ensure diverse perspectives and unified goals. I advocate for continuous learning, encouraging the acquisition of new skills and staying attuned to market dynamics. Central to my approach is maintaining a clear vision and direction for the team. Open and transparent communication empowers my team to collectively steer the business towards its desired t rajectory.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?

Our imminent destination over the next five years is to reach the milestone of managing $5 billion, a strategic goal we're already making steady progress towards. Our trajectory envisions becoming the most trusted international financial advisory entity worldwide. On a personal note, my aspirations align with health, happiness, and the construction of a secure future for both me and my family. As we work diligently towards these collective and personal objectives, the journey ahead promises growth, excellence, and t he f ulfillment of our a mbitions.

You possess over a decade of experience working in the industry, what would your advice be to the budding industry leaders?

My advice to aspiring leaders is rooted in the following insights. First, nurture a curious mindset, consistently seeking to learn and adapt as the industry evolves. Second, embrace challenges and view them as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks. Third, develop strong communication skills, as effective leadership hinges on clear and empathetic interactions. Fourth, cultivate a resilient attitude, as setbacks are inevitable, but your response to them defines your leadership. Lastly, prioritize building meaningful relationships and networks, as collaborative efforts often yield the best results. Remember that leadership is a journey of continuous learning, self-discovery, and inspiring others through your actions and vision.
