As the chairman and managing director of Transweld Nepal, a transformer manufacturing company located in Kathmandu, Nepal, my background and experience are mainly focused on the electrical engineering and manufacturing industry. Despite my academic background in business management, I obtained experience by working in various positions within the industry before starting Transweld. I am motivated to operate a transformer manufacturing company through my passion for creating innovative and high-quality products that meet our customers' needs. My daily routine is powered by a dedication to excellence and a focus on continuous improvement. I work collaboratively with my team to optimize our manufacturing processes and technologies to produce the most efficient and reliable transformers in the market. Moreover, I am driven by the positive impact our products can have on society, as transformers play an essential role in various industries, such as power generation, transportation, and telecommunications, ultimately benefiting everyone. How did you achieve success in your over twenty seven years of experience in the transformer manufacturing industry, and what is your success Mantra?
To succeed in transformer manufacturing, an entrepreneur must possess technical expertise, business acumen, and perseverance. A strong grasp of electrical engineering principles is essential to designing and producing transformers that satisfy or exceed customer expectations. Equally important are robust business skills, such as strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and team leadership, as well as keeping abreast of industry trends and technological developments to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.

Providing exceptional customer service and catering to each client's unique needs is critical to creating a loyal customer base and cultivating a positive industry reputation.
