Significantly, the implementation of waterproofing treatments played a crucial role in our acquisition by the esteemed Yuchengco Group, now Engineering Equipment Incorporated.

Rooted in familial responsibility, my journey was catalyzed by the untimely loss of my father when I was just 13. As the eldest sibling in a family of four boys, my resolve to support my mother became paramount. Through perseverance and resilience, I navigated the complexities of both personal and professional spheres, driven by a desire to provide for my family and secure their future. Therefore, beyond familial obligations, I discovered a profound passion for technological innovation and market dynamics. Witnessing the transformative impact of pioneering solutions on client satisfaction and market acceptance became a driving force in my career. Despite struggling with chemistry, I gleaned essential skills that proved instrumental in my professional endeavors.

This ethos guided me through a transformative manufacturing licensing agreement with a Swiss chemical company, where I learned the importance of integrity in business dealings. Emphasizing quality over quantity, our products have sustained market longevity for over four decades, a testament to the principles instilled during my academic years.

With a focus on ASTM standards, EZblock offers unparalleled advantages: affordability, energy efficiency, and soundproofing. As we expand production facilities to meet burgeoning demand, our objective is clear: to capture 30% of Visayas and Mindanao market share by 2027. EZblock's ethos revolves around providing cost-effective solutions that not only reduce energy consumption but also enhance acoustic insulation. We aim to render traditional concrete hollow blocks obsolete with EZblock's superior solutions, addressing common construction challenges like plastering. By showcasing our product through presentations and building exhibitions, we aim to demonstrate its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and energy-saving benefits, thereby capturing market attention and driving growth. EZblock's disruptive potential lies in its ability to revolutionize construction practices, offering not only superior quality but also significant savings in time and resources.
