RyanAir is increasing its popularity, especially among Gen Z. However, despite becoming a favorite of Gen Z consumers, the airline recently came into hot water for their remarks on young English football player Jaden Sancho. After Sancho failed to make the squad for the World Cup, one of RyanAir's tweets read: "@Sanchooo10 we'll still fly you somewhere." The tweet immediately backfired, and the social media rained down on them for mocking a young English player. It's a no-brainer that you can't miss the marks with your advertisement.
