How did you navigate these roadblocks?Initially, one of the major challenges I faced as I ventured into the legal domain was grappling with self-doubt and building confidence in my abilities. Coming from a provincial background, I often questioned whether I belonged in the competitive legal landscape of Manila. This impostor syndrome stemmed from unrealistic expectations of perfection. However, I gradually realized that embracing humility and acknowledging imperfection were pivotal in overcoming this hurdle. By focusing on one task at a time and prioritizing continuous improvement over unattainable standards, I began to build confidence in my capabilities. Each successful endeavor served as a stepping stone, reinforcing my belief in my professional journey.
