Considering the facts and laws, I explore win-win solutions and alternatives to litigation that best serve all parties involved. Emphasizing preventive litigation, I advocate for clear contract drafting, outlining rights and obligations to avoid misinterpretation. Encouraging proactive measures, such as formulating policies and procedures, helps anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate into legal problems.
